Our latest new custom home The Dogwood. This new home was built on 5 acres just outside Oxford Ohio. This 1831 square-foot ranch with full unfinished basement includes a split floorplan meaning master suite on one end with additional bedrooms on the other. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet, double vanities in the bath with an oversize custom tile in shower with seat, niche and European style shower door. The kitchen features made in America Waypoint cabinetry with granite tops. This home also offers a 40 foot long front porch along with a back covered porch, oversize garage with third garage door in the back for easy lawnmower access. There’s also a bonus room located over the garage. From the very first time we met with Burnett Builders we knew that we were going to choose them to build with. My husband and I had a house fire almost 3 years ago and we were very careful in choosing who would re-build our forever home. Through the process of building our home we never asked for anything that they couldn’t make happen. It seemed that “no” was just not in their vocabulary. We are EXTREMELY PLEASED with the home they have built for our family. We could not have made a better decision. My husband pays VERY close attention to detail, and so do the Burnett’s. That being said, there were barely any imperfections, and before my husband could even make them aware of them they were ALREADY aware and had these things on their touch up list.
