This new project is located in the Ross Trails subdivision of Ross Ohio. It’s a 2440 square-foot brick ranch with walkout. The basement dig is complete and the footers have recently been poured. 

Perforated 6″ drain tile is then installed inside and outside of the footers to allow ground water to move away from the house.

Gravel is then installed inside of the footers as a base for the basement concrete slab.
