After the foundation walls were installed a rubber waterproofing membrane was applied to the exterior. Then approximately 2 feet of 1″gravel was applied over the exterior drain tile then covered over with a mesh material before backfilling. The mesh allows proper waterflow to the drain tile keeping dirt in other materials from entering.
Basement rough-in plumbing, steel post and beans followed by concrete slabs in the basement and garage where then completed. The lumber package was then delivered and house framing started shortly after.
The basement walkout and first floor framing is complete.

The trusses arrived and with the assistance of a crane were installed shortly after.
After the roof sheeting was installed our roofers applied a 30 pound felt along with 30 year dimensional shingles.
Next will be HVAC, plumbing, electric, insulation and drywall.
