Moving forward from the dig, footers, gravel and drain tile the foundation walls were installed.
After the foundation concrete had cured, the walls were stripped and all exterior walls were waterproofed. Our plumber then followed with his basement rough in plumbing along with installing a sump pump.
After the waterproofing has dried gravel is then installed over all exterior drain tile along with filling in the garage and porches.
Next up the basement and garage concrete slabs were poured and finished. This process locks in and strengthens the foundation walls prior to backfill. Our excavator then backfilled around the foundation walls with dirt set aside from the dig. The lumber package was then dropped off and the framing of the house has begun.
